Prices Per Week

Rental rates per week depend on apartment size and location.  Prices include all bills; VAT; welcome pack; allocated parking; weekly clean and change of towels and bed linen.  Broadband Wi-Fi is available at £10 per week.

20% Discount on weekly rate where stay is for only 3 nights.

Discounts available for long-term bookings.

Booking Terms

A security deposit will be taken to confirm the booking of each apartment.

All standard forms of payment are accepted including:

  • All major debit and credit cards;

  • Cheques made payable to 'The Short Term Letting Company';

  • Bank transfer.

Bookings may be altered or cancelled at no cost, provided that  28 days notice is provided. 

Telephone calls are charged separately at standard BT rates plus 10%.
